  • Firstly go to- https://www.cowin.gov.in
  • Provide your 10-digit mobile number and request for OTP.

  • Now Select the member for which you want make changes.
  • Portal will ask you what is the issue then click on “Correction in Certificate”.

  • Now Enter correct details for selected field and submit.
  • Before final submission it will ask you one more time details you have entered are correct, then submit.
