- Firstly go to- https://www.cowin.gov.in
- Provide your 10-digit mobile number and request for OTP.
- Enter 6-digit OTP number.
- Click on Verify & Proceed.
- If you have received your Vaccine dose then you will see a “Raise an Issue” button on top, click on it.
- Now Select the member for which you want make changes.
- Portal will ask you what is the issue then click on “Correction in Certificate”.
- Select the field in which you want to make the changes such Name, Year of Birth, Gender, Photo ID Number and press the Continue button.
- Now Enter correct details for selected field and submit.
- Before final submission it will ask you one more time details you have entered are correct, then submit.
- Finally, Ratification in your Covid Vaccine Certificate is done.
- Now you will see “Track Request” in which you will see changes have been made in your certificate.
- Changed details will reflect on portal as well as in your Covid Vaccine Certificate which you can download again for further use.
