The last date to apply for National Testing Agency’s Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG is March 30. For this, more than 12 lakh applicants have applied so far. Most applications have been made from Uttar Pradesh.

Education expert Kamal Singh Chauhan told that last year only 90 universities were involved in this. This time this number has reached 226. Some state and private universities are also associated with CUET this time. 3 Central Universities Culinary Institute, Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel and Indian Council of Agricultural Research have been removed from the category of Central Universities and put in other category.

कॉमन यूनिवर्सिटी एंट्रेंस टेस्ट यानि CUET
कॉमन यूनिवर्सिटी एंट्रेंस टेस्ट यानी सीयूईटी -यूजी के लिए इस साल 13.99 लाख विधार्थियों ने आवेदन किया है। यह पिछले वर्ष के 9.9 लाख आवेदकों की तुलना में 41% अधिक है। करीब 14 लाख आवेदकों में 6.51 लाख छात्र और 7.48 लाख छात्राएं है। छात्राओं के आवेदन पिछले साल से 50% ज्यादा तो लड़कों के आवेदन 34% ज्यादा है। देशभर के केंद्रीय विश्विद्यालयों में अंडर ग्रेजुएट स्तर के दाखिले के लिए 2022 से संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा शुरू की गई थी। पिछले वर्ष इस परीक्षा का स्कोर 44 केंद्रीय विश्विद्यालयों के अलावा 46 राज्य स्तरीय, डीम्ड व निजी विश्विद्यालयों में दाखिले के लिए इस्तेमाल किया गया था। इस बार छात्रों के पास 242 विश्विद्यालयों में आवेदन का विकल्प है, जबकि पिछली साल 90 विश्विद्यालयों के लिए आवेदन किया जा सकता था।
45 सेंट्रल यूनिवर्सिटीज में प्रवेश के लिए 21-31 May होगा सीयूईटी, 9 Feb से आवेदन
देश के सभी 45 केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालयों में ग्रेजुएट और पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट में दाखिला कॉमन यूनिवर्सिटीज एंट्रेंस टेस्ट (सीयूईटी) से होगा। एनटीए जुलाई के पहले हफ्ते में परीक्षा कराएगी। जेएनयू, डीयू, बीएचयू, जामिया मिलिया जैसे विश्वविद्यालयों में इसी परीक्षा से प्रवेश होगा। दाखिले के लिए सेंट्रलाइज्ड काउंसलिंग नहीं होगी। सिलेबस एनसीईआरटी 12वीं का मॉडल कोर्स होगा।
- एक स्टूडेंट 6 कोर्सेज के लिए ही परीक्षा दे सकेगा। ऑनलाइन आवेदन 9th Feb से शुरू।

CUET की परीक्षा कौन कराएगा कब होगी परीक्षा?
इंजीनियरिंग प्रवेश परीक्षा JEE (Main) मेडिकल प्रवेश परीक्षा NEET और असिस्टेंट प्रोफ़ेसर प्रवेश परीक्षा UGC-NET जैसे एंट्रेंस टेस्ट कराने वाली नेशनल टेस्टिंग एजेंसी यानी NTA सभी सेंट्रल यूनिवर्सिटी के एंट्रेंस के लिए होने वाले CUET के टेस्ट भी कराएगी
- CUET परीक्षा के लिए फॉर्म 9 Feb से मिलेगा और उसके आवेदन की प्रक्रिया ऑनलाइन होगी। CUET की परीक्षा 21 May to 31 May में आयोजित की जाएगी।
- CUET कंप्यूटर आधारित मल्टीपल चॉइस टेस्ट होगा। ये टेस्ट दो शिफ्ट और 13 भाषाओं में आयोजित होगा। हालाँकि अभी ये स्पष्ट नहीं है कि परीक्षा 1 दिन में होगी या एक से ज्यादा दिन।
- JEE (मैन) की तरह CUET स्कोर के आधार पर सेंट्रल यूनिवर्सिटी में एडमिशन के लिए कोई कॉमन काउंसलिंग नहीं होगी।
- हर यूनिवर्सिटी नेशनल टेस्टिंग एजेंसी द्वारा CUET स्कोर के आधार पर तैयार मेरिट लिस्ट के अनुसार अपनी प्रवेश प्रक्रिया को परिभाषित करने के लिए स्वतंत्र होगी।
- UGC ने कहा है कि भविष्य में CUET के स्कोर के आधार पर सभी सेंट्रल यूनिवर्सिटीज के लिए कॉमन काउंसलिंग का विकल्प भी अपनाया जा सकता है।

- सीयूईटी 13 भाषाओं में सीबीडी मोड पर होगी। पेपर एमसीक्यू बेस्ड होगा।
- पेपर में कुल 3 सेक्शन होंगे।
- सेक्शन ए व बी में लैंग्वेज टेस्ट होगा।
- सेक्शन 2 सब्जेक्ट स्पेसिफिक होगा।
- दोनों सेक्शन में कुल 50 में से 40 प्रश्न हल करने होंगे।
