The INSPIRE stands for Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research.  INSPIRE Scholarship 2023 will offer for 10,000 scholarships for students who are willing to pursue Bachelor’s or Master’s level education in Natural & Basic Science and its related areas. For DST Inspire Scholarship 2023 there will be no exam conduct and is distributed entirely on the basis of eligibility criteria. UP Scholarship Online Form 2023 Registration

डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ साइंस एंड टेक्नोलॉजी ने किशोर वैज्ञानिक प्रोत्साहन योजना (केवीपीवाई) एप्टीट्यूड टेस्ट को 2022 व अगले सालों के लिए बंद करने का निर्णय लिया है। अब केवीपीवाई को डिपार्टमेंट के ही इंस्पायर प्रोग्राम के साथ जोड़ दिया गया है।

केवीपीवाई की फैलोशिप को 1999 में साइंस एजुकेशन और रिसर्च को प्रमोट करने के लिए शुरू किया गया था, ताकि साइंस रिसर्च में इंटरेस्ट रखने वाले स्टूडेंट्स को प्लेटफॉर्म मिल सके। बच्चों के पोटेंशियल को बनाए रखने और देश में साइंटिस्ट बनने की परंपरा से जुड़ाव रखने के लिए यह टेस्ट आयोजित होता था। इस फैलोशिप के सलेक्शन के लिए स्टूडेंट्स को पहले एप्टीट्यूड टेस्ट देना होता था और उसके बाद सलेक्ट होने वाले स्टूडेंट्स की इंटरव्यू परफॉर्मेंस के आधार पर केवीपीवाई फैलोशिप अवॉर्ड की जाती थी।

Inspire Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

1. Candidates should have passed 12th class in the last academic year from a school recognized by the Govt.
2. Student must be pursuing 3 years B.Sc., B.Sc. (Hons), four years B.S or five years integrated M.Sc/M.S programs in any of the UGC recognized college/university/institute in Natural & Basic Science and its related fields.
3. Applicants who happen to be among top 1% in Class-XII at their respective Board Examinations and are willing to participate any of the above-mentioned undergraduate courses are eligible for INSPIRE Scholarship 2023.
4. Students who happen to be among the top 10,000 in any of the National Competitive Exams like, JEE Main, JEE Advanced and AIPMT/ NEET are also eligible for INSPIRE Scholarship.

Inspire Scholarship Online Registration 2023 Last Date

Applicants can fill Online Inspire Scholarship Application form and upload their Documents on Department of Science & Technology. You can follow below given instructions-

Step 1:- Registration

• Firstly, you will have to register your Personal E-Mail ID through the official site of Department of Science & Technology (DST).
• An activation link will be mailed to you on the E-Mail ID you used to register for INSPIRE Scholarship  2023.
• Now Click on link received in order to verify your E-Mail ID.

Step 2:- Filling the Online Form

• Now Login with your info at INSPIRE Scholarship 2023 Login link. This will initiate the application process for INSPIRE 2023 Scholarship Registration.
• The INSPIRE Scholarship Application Form divided into 6 parts. Each part can fill and saved individually.

Step 3:- Submit the Inspire Scholarship Application Form

When you have fill complete the sections then, click the “Submit” key to complete the submission of the INSPIRE Scholarship 2023 application form.

NOTE: You do not need to fill the entire form in one go. You can save your progress section-wise by hitting the “Save” button.

Inspire Scholarship Amount check

Selected students will get Rs. 80,000 per year for a maximum period of 5 years and will be distributed in the following ways:

• Students will receive the annual scholarship of Rs. 60,000 in cash.
• Aspirants is required to undertake a summer research project under an active researcher in any recognized research centre in India. A summertime attachment fee of Rs. 20,000 will be paid as mentor-ship yearly.

INSPIRE Scholarship – Renewal

For the continuation of SHE scholarship in the subsequent years, INSPIRE scholars need to fulfill the criteria given below.

• The students applying for renewal need to score at least 60% marks or 7.0 GPA on a 10.0-point scale in the annual examinations each year (or 2 semesters).
• If the candidate fails to secure the required marks in his/her B.Sc/BS/Int. M.Sc/Int. MS exam, the scholarship for that academic year will be canceled. The scholarship is resumed in the next academic year if the student’s academic performance is satisfactory.
