Application Fee
Applications process through online mode JCECE Application fees shall be accepted online or through e-challan. The application fees are provided:
Application fee is Rs. 550/- (275/- for SC/ST) for the PCM or PCB group candidates and Rs. 600/- (325/- for SC/ST) for the PCMB group students. For the candidates belongs to the SC/ST/PWD categories, application form fee is Rs. 275/- for PCM group applicants and Rs. 375/- for the PCMB group applicants.

Education Qualification
Students who are currently searching for admission into B.Tech programmes in engineering colleges of Jharkhand then they will have to fulfill following eligibility criteria.
- Candidates must check that they have passed I.Sc. / 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subject along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational subject.
- Students must have scored minimum of 45% marks (40% in case of applicant belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
Residential Criteria:
- Applicant must be a citizen of India and permanent or local resident of Jharkhand as per the provided criterion.
- Applicant will have to submit/show permanent or local resident certificate in proper format in original at the counseling time, released by relevant authority.
- A residential certificate if issued by any other authority will not be considered and your claim will be refused.
- Candidates must possess AADHAR card as it is a must certification as an Indian citizen
Age Criteria:
1). For B.Tech courses & BHMS courses, students of any age can apply to enroll for JCECE 2022 as there is no specific age limit.
2). Student should be 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the admission year for MBBS & BDS courses.
3). Applicants are suggested to go through medical checkup round as only fit aspirants are permitted for the admission.

Jharkhand CECE 2022 Exam Pattern
The JCECE question paper will be in both English & Hindi. In the case of ambiguity in translation of questions the English version will be as final. The JCECE question paper consisting of objective type questions and you will have to darken the right option in black ball pen on the Answer OMR Sheet.
- The JCECE exam will be consisting of a total of 50 questions.
- Question Paper will carry same one mark in each section and for every right answer a mark will be awarded
- There will be a negative marking of 0.25 .
- If you mark more than one option for a question it will be rejected and it wont be evaluated.

JCECE PCB and PCM Groups Exam Pattern
PCM Group: For the JCECE 2021 entrance exam in Engineering, Agriculture and Forestry from PCM Group competitive examination will be held in one stage.
PCB Group:- For the JCECE 2021 entrance in Agriculture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Homeopathy and Ayurveda courses from PCB Group the competitive examination will be charged in one stage.
