- सदरचे कर्तव्य हे कंत्राटी स्वरूपाचे राहील. सुरक्षा रक्षकाबरोबरच्या कंत्राटास भविष्यात कधीही कायम स्वरूप येणार नाह ी.
- कंत्राटा दरम्यान सुरक्षा रक्षकास कोणत्याही राजकीय, कामगार अथवा व्यावसायिक संघटनेचा सदस्य होता येणार नाही, अथवा संघटना स्थापन करता येणार नाही . तसेच वर नमूद अथवा इतर कोणत्याही संघटनेच्या कसल्याही प्रकारच्या कारवायांमध्ये भाग घेता येदर नाही .
