ग्राम सेवा सहकारी (जीएसएस) के कर्मचारियों के लिए सहकारिता विभाग ने भर्ती, चयन प्रक्रिया एवं सेवा नियम-2022 जारी किये है। 10 जुलाई 2017 के बाद स्क्रीनिंग की व्यवस्था को समाप्त कर अब व्यवस्थापक के 3 हजार पद राजस्थान राज्य सहकारी भर्ती बोर्ड परीक्षा के माध्यम से भरे जाएंगे।
सहकारिता मंत्री उदयलाल अंजना ने बताया कि अब व्यवस्थापकों के लिए अनुकम्पा नियुक्ति का भी प्रावधान है। साथ ही, केंद्रीय सहकारी बैंकों में बैंकिंग सहायक के 20% पद व्यवस्थापकों के लिए अनुकम्पा नियुक्ति का भी प्रावधान है। साथ ही, केंद्रीय सहकारी बैंकों में बैंकिंग, सहायक के 20% पद व्यवस्थापकों के लिए आरक्षित रखे गए है।
यह होगी योग्यता
व्यवस्थापकों की भर्ती के लिए न्यूनतम शैक्षिक योग्यता स्नातक होगी। कृषि स्नातक या एमबीए डिग्री धारक को 10 अंक बोनस के मिलेंगे। आरएससीआईटी का प्रमाण पत्र, वस्तुनिष्ठ परीक्षा में सामान्य ज्ञान, क्वांटिटेटिव एप्टीटुड, कंप्यूटर, जरनल फाइनेंसियल अवेयरनेस, हिंदी व अंग्रेजी के प्रश्न होंगे
