Purpose of State Eligibility Test (TNSET 2021)
The Tamil Nadu Govt. has entrusted the responsibility to Mother Teresa Women University for conducting State Eligibility Test 2021. The exam organized for selecting eligible candidates for award of eligibility to Assistant Professor Jobs in Tamil Nadu Top Govt College or Institute. It contains two papers which is conducted for Common as well as for all subjects. Candidates who holds more than 50% marks in their Master’s Degree program may apply for TNSET 2020 Application Form.
Procedure & Criteria for declaration Of Results
Top 6% of the appearing Candidates who appear in both Papers I & II and secure at least 40% aggregate marks for Candidates belonging to General / OBC (Creamy Layer) Category and atleast 35% aggregate Marks for Candidates belonging to OBC (Non Creamy Layer) / SC / ST / PwD Category will be declared Qualified for Eligibility for Assistant Professor by following the reservation policy of the State Government
