BHU SET Admission 2023 Exam Pattern
Selection test will consist of questions from the subjects of English, Hindi, Mathematics, Social Science and Science. Difficulty level of the test paper shall be of class VIII for class 9th & Difficulty level of the test paper shall be of class X for class 11th.

BHU School Entrance Test SET Reservations
The following reservations will be given for admission against the seats available in various classes after the admission of internal students:-

| Other Backward Class- Non Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL) candidates | 27% |

BHU SET Method of Selection
On the basis of the marks obtained in the Entrance Test a Merit List will be drawn for admission in each class and a candidate will be given a seat in the concerned class strictly on the basis of the merit. In case of a tie the Banaras Hindu University Guidelines will be followed.
- प्रवेश परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर अभ्यर्थियों की योग्यता सूची बनाई जायेगी एवं उसी के आधार पर कक्षा विशेष में रिक्त स्थान के अनुसार उन्हें प्रवेश दिया जाएगा। समान अंक प्राप्त करने की स्थिति में काशी हिन्दू विश्विद्यालय के निर्देशों का अनुपालन किया जाएगा।
- कक्षा 9 तथा 11 में प्रवेश के लिए अभ्यर्थियों को सूचना पत्रक में निर्दिष्ट तिथि को काउंसलिंग के लिए उपस्थित होना होगा तथा योग्यता सूची के अनुसार उन्हें वांछित विषय एवं कक्षा में तब तक प्रवेश दिया जाता रहेगा, जब तक रिक्त स्थान उपलब्ध होगा। कक्षा 11 में प्रवेश लेने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को अपने इच्छित वर्ग में विषय समूह का निर्धारण तुरंत करना होगा।
