The Govt. of Rajasthan has decided to disclose Rajasthan School Peon Recruitment 2023. The Authority release official notification to fill 19000 vacant seats. Education Minsiter said that 25859 posts of class IV are approved in the government schools of the state. Out of these 19000 posts are lying vacant. The previous governments and the present government have written letters and tried to get recruitment done many times to fill these posts, but the recruitment could not be done due to lack of approval of the Finance Department.

प्रदेश के स्कूलों में शिक्षकों को विभिन्न गैर शैक्षणिक व लिपिकीय कार्यों के साथ स्कूल के दरवाजे खोलने व बंद करने, घंटी बजाने, कक्षा कक्षों में झाड़ू लगाने, पानी की टंकी की सफाई, कॉम्बो पैक व तेल, पाठ्य पुस्तकें वितरित करने के साथ फोटो कॉपी करवाने जाने जैसे चतुर्थ श्रेणी कार्मिकों के कार्य भी करने पड़ रहे है। राज्य में तक़रीबन 64 हजार 963 स्कूल है जिनमे चतुर्थ श्रेणी कार्मिकों के 24804 पद स्वीकृत है जबकि 5741 ही स्वीकृत है। यानी 19 हजार 163 पद खाली पड़े है। वहीं जमादारों के 421 स्वीकृत पदों के विरुद्ध केवल 110 ही कार्यरत है। इन कार्मिकों में से अधिकांश डीईओ, सीबीईओ, सीडीईओ कार्यालयों में नियुक्त कर रखे है। जिसमे चतुर्थ श्रेणी कर्मचारी के जिम्मे के कार्य भी शिक्षकों को निपटाने पड़ रहे है।

चपरासी के खाली पदों पर होगी भर्ती – पहले नियमों में किया जायेगा संशोधन
शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि 1999 के नियम के मुताबिक चपरासी के लिए शैक्षिक योग्यता पांचवी पास रखी गई है। अब इन नियमों में बदलाव की जरूरत है। पांचवी पास युवा बहुत से है। इस आधार पर केवल साक्षात्कार से भर्ती पर सवाल उठेंगे। इसलिए नियमों में बदलाव जरूरी है। वित्त विभाग के सचिव अखिल अरोड़ा से स्कूलों में खाली पड़े चतुर्थ श्रेणी कर्मचारियों की भर्ती पर बात हुई है। वित्त विभाग ने मौजूदा नियमों में संशोधन करने को कहा है। जल्द ही शिक्षा विभाग नियमों में संशोधन करेगा। मुख्यमंत्री से आग्रह करके खाली पदों पर भर्ती करवाएंगे। 2018 के मुताबिक स्कूलों में रिटायर्ड चपरासी की सेवाएं ली जा सकती है, लेकिन इसमें बहुत कम लोग लगे है, स्थायी भर्ती से ही काम होगा।
