  1. CBT will have objective type, multiple choice based questions.
  2. For CBT Exam, Candidates will get 90 minutes. PwBD category will get 120 minutes.
  3. Around 100 questions will be asked in the CBT.

Skill Test/ Performance Test

Shorthand Test (Stenographer Skill Test)

For the post of Stenographer, Shorthand Test or Stenography Skill Test is conducted. For this round, 10 times more than the number of candidates are selected for this round. Hindi fonts like KrutiDev and Mangal will be available on the personal computer. The preparation of merit list is done as per the marks secured in CBT and Stenography Skill Test.

Maximum Marks: Shorthand test is of 300 marks.

Aspirants should have the required speed in writing to clear this test.

Translation Test

Candidates who have applying for Junior Translator (Hindi) are required to undergo translation test. Both English and Hindi skills are tested in this round. Candidates selected for this round is  10 times more than the number of vacancies. To qualify this round, aspirants have to obtain 60% marks.
