Note:- अहर्ता टंकण गति परीक्षण में कोई अंक प्रदान नहीं किये जायेंगे और योग्यता सूची परीक्षा के भाग-I में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर ही तैयार की जाएगी किन्तु केवल वे अभ्यर्थी जो टंकण गति परीक्षण में अहर्ता प्राप्त करते है योग्यता सूची में सम्मिलित किये जाने के पात्र होंगे।
Important Notes:-
- फोटो पहचान पत्र के आधार पर पहचान सुनिश्चित हो जाने एवं तलाशी के उपरान्त ही परीक्षार्थी को केन्द्र में प्रवेश दिया जायेगा।
- ओ .एम.आर. उत्तर पत्रक की निर्धारित प्रविष्टियों को भरने और उत्तर को गोला करने के लिए परीक्षार्थी को नीली स्याही का पारदर्शी बॉल पेन स्वयं को लाना होगा। अन्य किसी प्रकार का पैन लाने की अनुमति नहीं है।
- असुविधा से बचने के लिए परीक्षार्थी परीक्षा प्रारम्भ होने से 01 घण्टे 30 मिनट पहले परीक्षा केन्द्र पर अवश्य उपस्थित हों जावें, ताकि सतर्कता दल द्वारा प्रतिबंधित सामग्री बाबत उनकी तलाशी समय पर पूरी हो जाए। तलाशी के लिए पंक्तिवद्ध शांतिपूर्वक खडे रहेंगे एवं केन्द्र परिसर में भी पूर्ण शान्ति बनाये रखेंगे। परीक्षा कक्ष में आपको परीक्षा के लिए निर्धारित समय से 30 मिनट पूर्व ही प्रवेश दिया जायेगा। इस दौरान आपका किसी भी प्रकार का दुर्व्यवहार दुराचरण की श्रेणी में माना जाकर आपके विरूद्ध कार्यवाही की जा सकेगी।
- परीक्षा केन्द्र में किसी भी परीक्षार्थी को परीक्षा प्रारम्भ होने के लिए नियत समय के पश्चात् प्रवेश नहीं दिया जायेगा। परीक्षा प्रारम्भ करने के लिए नियत समय पर परीक्षा केन्द्र का प्रवेश द्वार बन्द कर दिया जायेगा एवं इसके पश्चात् किसी भी परीक्षार्थी को प्रवेश नहीं दिया जायेगा।
- परीक्षा आयोजन के बाद यथा समय बोर्ड द्वारा मास्टर प्रश्न पत्र एवं उसकी उत्तर कुंजी बोर्ड की वेबसाइट पर अपलोड किये जायेंगे। उत्तर कुंजी अपलोड होने के पश्चात् 72 घण्टे की अवधि में प्रश्न पत्र/उत्तर कुंजी पर आपत्तियाँ आमंत्रित की जायेगी। प्रत्येक आपत्ति के लिए शुल्क राशि रू 100/- जमा करानी होगी।
- परीक्षा के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार के अनुचित साधन का प्रयोग करने पर परीक्षार्थी के विरूद्ध राजस्थान सार्वजनिक परीक्षा के प्रावधानों के अन्तर्गत कार्यवाही की जायेगी। इन Regulations के प्रावधान बोर्ड की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध हैं।
- परीक्षा कक्ष में मोबाइल फ़ोन, कैलकुलेटर, लॉग टेबल्स, एवं नक़ल सम्बन्धी पर्चा आदि वर्जित है।
- आरएसएमएसएसबी द्वारा आयोजित परीक्षाओं में मूल फोटोयुक्त पहचान पत्र लाना अनिवार्य होगा। मूल फोटोयुक्त पहचान पत्र के रूप में अभियार्थी मतदाता पहचान पत्र, आधार कार्ड, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस तथा पासपोर्ट में से कोई एक को चयनित कर सकता है।
