ii) Paper-I shall be of general nature, intended to assess the teaching/research aptitude of the Candidate. It will
primarily be designed to test reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness of the
Candidate. 50 (fifty) Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), each Question will carry 2 Marks.
iii) Paper-II shall consist of 100 objective type compulsory questions based on the subject selected by the Candidate.
The candidate will have to mark the responses for questions of Paper – I and Paper – II on the Optical Mark Reader (OMR) Sheet provided along with the test booklet.
- The Used Answer Sheet will be of special type which will be scanned on Optical Scanner.
- The candidates are asked to bring Black Ball Point pen to the examination hall/room and are not allowed to carry any type of Pen or Pencil.
- The following columns of the Answer Sheet are to be filled in legibly and accurately by the candidate with Black Ball Point Pen only. Use of Pencil is strictly prohibited.
- The use of calculators/log tables is not permitted. Mobile phones, Pagers, electronic devices, bits of paper, books/note books etc. are not allowed in the Examination Hall/Room. The candidate(s) found in possession of any of these items in the examination hall/room will be treated as unfair means and his/her result will not be
declared. - There are no negative marks for incorrect answers
- The candidate shall have to return the original OMR Sheet of Paper I & II to the Invigilator before leaving the examination hall/room.
