TS Polycet Counselling 2023 Procedure
The Telangana CEEP Web counselling consist of the following steps-
Step 1: Document Verification
Aspirants should verify their original documents at any of the designated Help Line Centers (HLCs) in a given schedule. It is compulsory to attend certificate verification process for the applicants. Because, During this process, Candidates aadhaar card details (Finger Print Bio-Metric) will be verified with UIDAI at Help Line Centers. After verification, candidates will be issued a receipt of Certificates at Help-line Centres.
Step 2: Exercising Options
Participators have to fill choices of courses & colleges at the time of exercising options. List of polytechnics with courses given by them & course codes will be given in official site.
Aspirants can list out polytechnics in order of their preference based on course code & Polytechnic codes. After that they can fill the options on the web. You should have to take a print out copy of filled choices for future purpose.
Step 3: Seat Allotment Process
Seat will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of filled choice, Merit Rank & Category. The allotment will be released on the site through online mode. Aspirants have to access their allotment order for admission procedure. They can download allotment order by entering ROC Form Number, Hall Ticket Number, Password & DOB through candidate login.
Step 4: Fee Payment & College Reporting
Candidates have to visit at any banks with a downloaded allotment order for fee payment. After that candidates have to report at the allotted polytechnic with allotment order & fee receipts on or before the specified dates.
Note:- If candidates fail to report at the allotted college in a given time period, The seat will be allotted to the next candidates. In this case, candidate’s admission will be cancelled & candidates will not claim for further seat allotment.

85% of the available seats in Government / Aided Polycet / Institution shall be filled by candidates belonging to Osmania university area and the remaining 15% unreserved seats shall be made available to both local & non local candidates depending upon their ranking at POLYCET-2023.
