UPPSC RO ARO Negative Marking Scheme
The provision of penalties on wrong answers in the objective type papers of the preparatory / main examination will be as follows –
- There are four alternate answers for each question. For the wrong answer given to each question by the candidate, the marks prescribed for the question will be deducted as 1/3 of the penalty.
- If a candidate gives more than one answer then such an incorrect answer will be considered.
- If no question is resolved by the candidate ie the answer is not answered by the candidate then no penalty will be made for that question.
